Not the right course? Here is how refunds work.
If a course is not right for you, write to us within 7 days of buying it and we refund you in full — as long as you have finished less than 30% of it.
How to ask for a refund
- Open Help & Support and choose “Payment or refund”
- Tell us the course and your order number
- We reply within two working days
